TechnoV utilizes the following protocol to implement the client phone system:
- Determine the client’s needs
- Evaluate the client’s Network infrastructure
- Provide a VoIP phone system proposal to the client
- Review and finalize the proposal with client
- Order equipment and schedule installation date
- Install equipment and transfer existing client services to the new IP carrier
- Test and make sure everything works properly
- Provide training to client, for the best use of their phone system
